Completion April 2022. It will consist of 12 residential units (basement, ground floor and 2 floors), and parking spaces are located in the basement. On the ground floor there are 2 entrances to the building. It consists of 2s apartments of 50m2, 3s apartments from 61m2 to 76m2, and 4s apartments from 91m2 to 109m2.


Price of apartments - 2,190 € / m2

With each apartment it is mandatory to buy a garage parking space at 1,095 € / m2 or a garage at 1,642 € / m2, or an outdoor parking space at 547 € / m2.

CONSTRUCTION - foundation reinforced concrete slab 70 cm thick - load-bearing reinforced concrete load-bearing walls 20 cm thick - reinforced concrete mezzanine slabs: 22 cm thick, above the recessed floor 20 cm - stair arms 16.66 cm thick, stair landings 16 cm thick - partition walls inside the apartments made of plasterboard (2x2.5 cm) and metal substructure (7.5 cm), filled with mineral wool (d = 5cm) - apartment ceilings are made as suspended ceilings with metal substructure (h = 13cm) and plasterboard (d = 1.25cm) - clear floor height (height from the finished floor to the suspended ceiling) is in the basement 279 cm, and floors from PR to 2.K clear height floor (height from the finished floor to the suspended ceiling) is 269 cm, on the retracted floor is 286 cm


FACADE - the facade is made according to the "ETICS" system with 15 cm of stone wool, and the final layer of a thin layer of covering plaster - tin covers were placed on the parapet walls of the loggia and the terrace


ROOF - flat impenetrable roof and terraces are insulated with new generation waterproofing foils, and thermal insulation 20 cm thick and all protected by a final layer of gravel


EXTERIOR JOINERY - wood-aluminum (outside aluminum as protection of wood from atmospheric changes, inside coniferous wood protected with glaze varnish), IZO triple glazing


COMMON PARTS - aluminum joinery with IZO glass - the entrance area and corridors are lined with stone - stainless steel stair railing


ENVIRONMENT - paved pedestrian sections in the field - provided a separate place for garbage storage - Garbage disposal is provided separately for each entrance (at the beginning of the access trails), and will be disposed of in 4 containers for which a place accessible from Grižanska and Makarska streets is provided, and which is provided unobstructed access to the special vehicle "Čistoće" d.o.o. WALLS - ceramic tiles of class I of Italian manufacturers in sanitary facilities in the height of 220 cm - painted walls with white semi-disperse paint in other areas


BATHROOMS AND TOILET - bathroom equipment from renowned manufacturers with high quality bathtubs, shower trays with lamistal transparent cabins glass and aluminum profiles, and other bathroom equipment, toilet bowls and bidet cantilever type with soft close lowering of the board (e.g. manufacturers Villeroy & Boch, Grohe, Geberit and Viega) - Grohe built-in cisterns are installed in all sanitary facilities, which are characterized by inaudibility, hygiene and long-term reliability, with with a two-volume flush button as the only visible element.

LOCATION: Dubrava, Rudolfa Kolaka, the building is surrounded by residential buildings and defined streets. The village is very well connected by bus and tram lines. Near the location is the city kindergarten and primary school, KBC Dubrava, shopping center, health center, post office, pharmacy.
