Project description

Trešnjevka - Kranjčevićeva - new project with a total of 29 apartments - three buildings, one street and two courtyards (street building has a basement and 6 floors, the first courtyard has a basement and 4 floors and the second courtyard basement and 3 floors).

The building is under construction, completion is May 2022. It consists of 2s apartments - from 49m2 to 63m2, 3s apartments - from 58m2 to 76m2, 4s apartments - from 85m2 to 112m2, and 5s apartments of 115m2.

 

With the apartment it is possible to buy a garage parking space (13m2 to 17m2) or an outdoor parking space (12m2). Possible purchase and storage in the basement of a building of approximately 3m2.
It is possible to purchase apartments in this project in the following way:
- total advance payment (with 3% discount on the total amount)
- payment in 6 equal installments until the end of construction (without discount)
