In 2006 we grew as a company and continued our business as Basilica nekretnine d.o.o., all until today.
For years we have been continuously successful in both Zagreb and Croatian market. We are a licensed real estate agency, inscribed into Mediator Registry with Croatian Commerce Chamber, insured at Croatia osiguranje. We are conducting our work from our own office located at Bosanska 5, 1000 Zagreb (Zagreb center, between Britanski trg and Vinogradska street). Our trade is fully adapted to regulations according to Real estate trade mediating Law.
Purchase, selling, rent or replacement are complex processes made easy by our professionals who have many years of experience in mediating and thus, saving our clients time and money. Satisfied clients and our business partners and investors are our best recommendation. We are cooperating with law office in Zagreb and in accordance, are legally tracking all business such as purchase, selling, rent or replacement of real estate by the principle “key in hand”.
